1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okibit ("okibit," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okibit.net and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or digital touchpoints operated under the okibit brand.

By accessing the okibit platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered through okibit, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the okibit platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the okibit Privacy Policy and the okibit Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the okibit platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with okibit, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming. okibit does not permit access to any person under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of okibit or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an okibit account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or program through which you have voluntarily requested to be excluded from online gaming platforms.

okibit reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of age, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by okibit may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on the okibit platform, you must complete the account registration process. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual person may register and hold only one (1) active account with okibit at any given time. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual is a material violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okibit reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held across those accounts, and permanently bar the individual from re-registering.

okibit operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification program. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits reach certain thresholds, or at any other time that okibit deems appropriate. KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, or equivalent).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds into your okibit account.

Accounts that remain unverified after repeated requests from okibit may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okibit account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

okibit will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from okibit that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify okibit immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okibit will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurred prior to such notification, where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

okibit implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, session monitoring, and anomaly detection. However, no digital security system is entirely impenetrable. You acknowledge and accept this inherent limitation.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okibit platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum limits applicable to individual payment methods are displayed in the okibit cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits. Funds deposited into your okibit account must originate from a payment method held in your own name. okibit accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. okibit does not accept cash deposits, third-party transfers, or payments from anonymous or prepaid sources that cannot be verified to your identity.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless okibit approves an alternative at its discretion. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: typically within 5 minutes for verified accounts (up to 24 hours for additional review cases).
• BPI Online and BDO Online: within 1–3 banking business days.
• UnionBank: within 1–2 banking business days.
• USDT TRC20 and Coins.ph: within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on network conditions.

okibit does not charge internal withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees or foreign exchange charges, for which okibit bears no responsibility.

okibit reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to delay processing for a reasonable period where such checks are deemed necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

okibit may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered or credited.

General bonus conditions applicable across all okibit promotions, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise, include the following:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and will not be available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• okibit reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that it reasonably believes has been claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, the provision of false information, or the exploitation of a technical error.
• Bonuses that have not been used within their stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the okibit platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the applicable game rules before placing any real-money wager.

All games on okibit use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated under certified fair-play protocols. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers and are published within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, okibit's system logs constitute the primary record of game outcomes. Where a malfunction is confirmed, the affected game round may be voided and the wagered amount refunded to your account balance. okibit's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed in error, bets placed on games not intended to be included in a promotion, or bets placed during a system error that resulted in odds or pay tables that are materially different from the published rates may be voided at okibit's discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okibit platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, address, email address, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with okibit.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted tools to interact with or manipulate the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping, angle-shooting, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the platform to layer or integrate illicit funds, or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unintended advantage. Any player who discovers such an error is obligated to report it to okibit support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward okibit staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9 Responsible Gaming

okibit is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered okibit players at any time via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your okibit account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the okibit platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of okibit or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okibit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any content from the okibit platform.

The okibit name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and trade dress are trademarks or service marks of okibit. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of okibit.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okibit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

okibit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okibit account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okibit does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okibit expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit okibit's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

okibit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• okibit has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period after a request has been made.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate the closure of your account.
• You have requested account closure yourself.

Where your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, okibit reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited. Where no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting okibit support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, net of any applicable bonus conditions.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the okibit platform, including game outcomes, bonus terms, or payment processing, you must first contact the okibit support team. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and will endeavor to resolve it within five (5) business days.

okibit's decision on any complaint shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available under Philippine law. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process.

No claim against okibit may be brought more than twelve (12) months after the event giving rise to the claim first occurred. Claims brought outside this limitation period will be deemed waived.

14 Amendments to These Terms

okibit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, okibit will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the okibit platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
